Psychological Evaluation is a way of testing people about their behavior, personality, and capabilities to draw conclusions using a combination of techniques. This includes:

Psychometric Testing:

Standard and scientific methods used to measure individual’s, mental capability and I.Q.

Psychological / Personality Testing:

Standard and scientific methods used to measure individual’s, behavior style and personality.

  • MMPI-2RF

  • Beck Inventory (Depression, Anxiety, Hopelessness, and Suicide)
  • Child Behavior Checklist

Psychoeducational Testing:

Analyze the mental process underlying the child’s educational performance.

  • Vanderbilt ADHD Rating Scale for Parents
  • Vanderbilt ADHD Rating Scale for Teachers
  • Conner Parent Rating Scale
  • Conner Teacher Rating Scale

Psychological / Personality Testing:

To diagnose cognitive decline (i.e. Dementia and Alzheimer’s)

Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation: including but not limited to

  • Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS) for IQ scores
  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)
  • Specific Learning Disabilities
  • Anxiety Disorders, and other psychological conditions

*We are NOT able to test for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at this time

Surcharge Fees

Dear Valued Patient,
At Compass Counseling Services, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality care while maintaining transparency in our billing practices.

Effective July 1, 2026, a 3% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments. This fee helps offset credit card processing costs.

To avoid this surcharge, we accept:

  • Cash
  • Debit cards (no surcharge)
  • Health Savings Account cards (HSA)
  • Flexible Spending Account cards (FSA)

Important Information:

  • The surcharge will not exceed 3% of the transaction or the actual processing cost, whichever is lower.
  • The surcharge applies only to credit cards, not debit or prepaid cards.
  • The fee will be clearly disclosed before completing your payment.
